• Troubleshoot & Repair: Dive into drive chains, gears, motors, and gearboxes.
  
  
• Keep it Moving: Maintain critical ventilation, water, and feed systems.
  
  
• Fabricate: Use welding and plumbing skills to create solutions on the fly.
  
  
• Operate: Use all-terrain forklifts and man-lifts (up to 75ft) to get the job done.
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years in industrial or facility maintenance.
  
  
• Skills: mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, and welding/fabrication ability.
  
  
• Grit: Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in varied temperatures, and handle heights/confined spaces.
