The Details

Role: Agricultural Systems Technician (Level 1)
Shift: 3rd Shift (Night Owl Hours)
Pay: $24.50 ? $36.00/hr (Based on experience)
Location: Johnstown, Ohio

The Mission

You aren't just "fixing things"?you are the backbone of our production. You?ll keep our specialized housing and conveyor systems humming.

Troubleshoot & Repair: Dive into drive chains, gears, motors, and gearboxes.
Keep it Moving: Maintain critical ventilation, water, and feed systems.
Fabricate: Use welding and plumbing skills to create solutions on the fly.
Operate: Use all-terrain forklifts and man-lifts (up to 75ft) to get the job done.

What You Bring

Experience: 2+ years in industrial or facility maintenance.
Skills: mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, and welding/fabrication ability.
Grit: Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in varied temperatures, and handle heights/confined spaces.
Safety First: A "Lockout/Tagout" mindset to keep yourself and your team safe.
