Randstad is seeking a high-performing Accounting Specialist to support a commercial construction company. This is an on-site role that serves as a critical bridge between the project management teams and the finance department. Responsibilities

• AIA Billing Experience: Execute and enter all AIA billing forms accurately.
• Payables & Compliance: Review and input subcontractor invoices into SAGE and Timberscan while meticulously tracking lien waivers and certificates of insurance.
• Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile project-specific costs and purchase order logs.
• Project Lifecycle Support: Facilitate smooth project close-outs, including final reconciliations and the release of retention funds.

 

Key Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Candidates must have proven experience working for a General Contractor (GC) or Subcontractor to ensure a deep understanding of construction billing
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAGE 300, Timberscan, Textura, or Procore is highly preferred.
