Compensation & Perks:

Salary: $65,000 ? $75,000
Bonus: 5% Annual Bonus

What You Bring to the Table:

You are likely an AP Lead or Supervisor ready for more responsibility, OR an experienced Manager looking to get in early with a high-growth "rocket ship" company.
You have "Type A" energy; someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced bullpen environment.
You have proven experience managing high-volume accounts payable processing (thousands of invoices weekly).
Experience with NetSuite and Bill.com is a major plus.

Responsibilities

The Role: Reporting directly to the Director of Accounts Payable Director, you will be the "right hand" in scaling the department.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of 10 AP Specialists.
High-Volume Mastery: Oversee a workflow of 8,000+ invoices weekly.
Strategic Growth: Assist in the onboarding of new team members as the company expands.
Tech Stack: Utilize NetSuite and Bill.com to maintain a "dialed-in" operation.
