The ideal candidate will have 2-15+ years of commercial construction safety experience, with a preference for managing large-scale, complex projects. You should have formal safety training in areas like hazardous energy control, crane management, and fall protection. Efrfective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A bachelor's degree in safety management and professional certifications like CSP, CHST, or SMS is highly desirable. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

• Lead and manage on-site safety efforts on complex projects, collaborating with project teams and clients
  
  
• Develop and implement a robust safety program, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies
  
  
• Mentor and manage trade partners to help them implement effective safety programs
  
  
• Identify, track, and correct safety deficiencies in the field
  
  
• Conduct daily inspections and teach on-site safety classes, including OSHA-10 and OSHA-30
  
  
• Manage and coordinate on-site training, wellness initiatives, and safety material procurement
