The firm offers a differentiated model for entrepreneurial lawyers looking for greater financial rewards and more autonomy. Their fee model allows attorneys to set their own rates and keep 70-80% of their billings. They also have an internal referral program in which the referring attorney keeps 15% of the billings. The firm offers the freedom to work remotely and build your practice with the full support of the firm's brand and operational resources, including marketing and a practice management system. The firm is looking for senior attorneys / partners with 10+ years of practice experience and a portable book of business of $250K+ and experience in commercial litigation, corporate law, capital markets, real estate, tax, employment law, or trusts and estates. They are open to bringing on teams of individuals, including support staff. The firm is open to engaging attorneys as individual business units or as employees.
