Responsibilities

Responsibilities You will leverage your analytical and self-funding expertise to support consultants and account managers, providing the data-driven insights necessary for innovative plan design and exceptional client service.

Data Interpretation & Modeling: Support quoting and analysis across fully insured and self-funded plans, interpreting claims data, identifying cost drivers, and modeling plan design impacts.

Strategic Funding: Develop and recommend strategic funding scenarios, leveraging a deep understanding of stop-loss, AG/spec levels, and other key funding mechanics.

Proposal Delivery: Deliver accurate, insightful renewal strategies and presentations, ensuring proposals are clear, competitive, and actionable for client consumption.

Competitive Analysis: Collaborate with the team to evaluate carrier proposals, recommend revisions, and provide innovative, non-standard options to enhance the client's competitive edge.

Strategy Alignment: Apply an analytical, visionary approach to benefits strategy that directly aligns with client financial and organizational objectives.
