Join a leading provider of high-precision multi-spindle machine tools dedicated to high-volume component manufacturing. We are seeking a highly specialized Field Service Technician to be the front-line technical expert, ensuring peak performance for our complex automatic cam-operated turning machines across the U.S.

This role requires a unique blend of electro-mechanical mastery and in-depth CAM process expertise. Expect up to 75% national travel to customer sites.

Core Responsibilities (The Essentials)

  • Expert Service & Repair: Perform advanced diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on multi-spindle CAM turning machines & CNC Grinder Machine Tools.



  • Installation & Commissioning: Full machine installations, commissioning, and validation at customer facilities nationwide.



  • Customer Support: Provide technical training and maintenance expertise to customer operators and personnel.

Required Expertise (Non-Negotiable)

  • Experience: 2-3+ years of direct Field Service or Maintenance experience working on automatic cam-operated machines or complex multi-spindle/turning equipment.



  • CAM Process Mastery: Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair issues related to cam timing, tooling, and operational processes on multi-spindle machines.



  • Technical Aptitude: Expertise in reading and interpreting mechanical assembly drawings and electrical schematics.



  • Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 75% nationally.
