We are looking for dedicated and experienced Compounders to join our production team during our first shift operation.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure raw materials accurately using scales and balances. Load ingredients into tanks, kettles, and mixers in the strict sequence defined by the Manufacturing Order.
  
  
• Operate industrial mixing equipment (homogenizers, sweep mixers, propeller mixers) and heating/cooling systems to process batches.
  
  
• Complete all batch records with strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Record weights, temperatures, mixing times, and lot numbers accurately.
  
  
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of compounding equipment, utensils, and processing rooms (COP/CIP) to prevent cross-contamination.
  
  
• Follow all cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety guidelines, and company SOPs.
