Based in Long Island, we partner with the world?s most respected physicians and brands to create results-driven formulas. We are looking for dedicated and experienced Compounders to join our production team during our first shift operation.

salary: $41,600 - $58,240 per year

Responsibilities

Weigh and measure raw materials accurately using scales and balances. Load ingredients into tanks, kettles, and mixers in the strict sequence defined by the Manufacturing Order.
Operate industrial mixing equipment (homogenizers, sweep mixers, propeller mixers) and heating/cooling systems to process batches.
Complete all batch records with strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Record weights, temperatures, mixing times, and lot numbers accurately.
Perform cleaning and sanitization of compounding equipment, utensils, and processing rooms (COP/CIP) to prevent cross-contamination.
Follow all cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety guidelines, and company SOPs.
