In this pivotal leadership role, you won't just follow manuals, you will be the heartbeat of the repair station?s integrity. You will lead a dedicated team of inspectors, ensuring every component that leaves the facility meets the highest standards of the FAA and our global clientele.

  • Systems Thinker: You can navigate Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and regulatory frameworks with ease.



salary: $60,000 - $66,168 per year

Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Command: Serve as the primary authority on 14 CFR Aviation Regulations and the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM).

  • The Final Word: Direct all phases of inspection?from preliminary and hidden damage to final release?determining the ultimate disposition of all articles.

  • Precision Management: Oversee the calibration of specialized tools and equipment, ensuring the facility operates at peak technical performance.

  • Strategic Oversight: Manage critical inventory levels and documentation, ensuring the shop is always "mission-ready."
