A growing, mid-size litigation defense firm seeks attorneys for multiple practice areas: (i) medical malpractice law; (ii) personal injury law; (iii) employment law; and (iv) public entity law. These roles are hybrid with 2-3 days in office/week. Requires (i) an active license to practice law in California; and (ii) 3+ years of civil litigation experience in California. 

salary: $110,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities

You will manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Your responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence; conducting and defending depositions; arguing motions in court; and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
