A growing, mid-size litigation defense firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal After a training period, the role will be hybrid 3-4 days in office/week. Position requires 2+ years of paralegal experience. Annual billable hour requirement is 1440. Role includes hourly compensation of $32-45/hr + monthly bonus based on billable hours + comprehensive benefits (medical, dental and vision insurance; 401k; pto; etc)

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with case preparation and management, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery documents, letters, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
Maintain organized case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accurately indexed.
Prepare and file legal documents with courts, agencies, and other entities as directed.
Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to gather information and provide status updates.
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and binders.
