Success requires elite customer leadership and readiness for 50%+ regional travel to ensure machine uptime. Experience with controls (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens) is highly valued.

responsibilities:
CNC Troubleshooting Experience (3-5 Years): Proven electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair expertise on CNC machine tools.

Technical Reading Skills: Ability to proficiently read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.

Customer Focus: Exceptional communication and customer service skills to manage relationships and difficult situations positively.

Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ within the assigned multi-state territory.

Controls Knowledge (A Plus): Prior experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Siemens controls is highly valued.
