CNC Milling & Lathe Operators Wanted! a family-owned industry leader in Billerica with over 50 years of success. We are looking for energetic CNC Operators to join our expanding team in our clean, world-class production facility. Position Highlights

• Schedule: 4-Day Work Week! Monday?Thursday, 6:00 am ? 4:30 pm.
• Pay Rate: $23.00 ? $28.00 per hour (based on experience).
• Environment: Clean, high-tech shop specializing in stainless steel and high-temp alloys.

What You?ll Do

• Production: Load and unload CNC machines for daily production runs.
• Quality Control: Perform part inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Technical Skills: Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Precision: Use micrometers, calipers, verniers, and drop indicators.
• Standards: Maintain high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience preferred (but not required).
• Basic knowledge of machining skills and concepts.
• Great work ethic and ability to work well with others.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.

Responsibilities

_ Responsible for daily production of CNC machines by means of loading/unloading
CNC machines, part inspection and troubleshooting.
_ Read and interpret blueprints & drawings.
_ Knowledge of basic measuring tools (ie; micrometers, calipers, indicators & gauges).
_ Maintain quality and safety standards.
