Responsibilities

? Machine Operations: Set up, edit programs, and operate production runs on  CNC lathes, primarily utilizing Fanuc controls (G & M code). 

? Technical Interpretation: Expertly read and interpret technical drawings and  blueprints to ensure accurate part production. 

? Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive set-up sheets for  manufacturing processes. 

? Validation: Review and validate NC code generated from programming to  ensure efficiency and accuracy. 

? Alignment: Ensure proper work holding and machine alignment for optimal  performance and quality. 

? Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, other set-ups, and machinists on  new product introductions (NPI) and continuous improvement projects. 

? Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machining, tooling, and programming
