- Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines based on technical drawings and specifications
- Write and optimize CNC programs to ensure precision and efficiency
- Conduct inspections of finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to meet production and quality targets
