Responsibilities

• Operating machining equipment, monitoring for production issues, and verifying part accuracy against schematics using calibrated measurement tools.
• Executing setup procedures, interpreting CNC programs, conducting in-process quality checks, utilizing inspection instruments, and comprehending basic engineering drawings.
• Interpreting customer blueprints and tolerancing specifications.
• Maintaining a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Certified in CNC machining or possessing 5+ years of equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years operating CNC machining centers in a job shop setting.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proactive individual capable of working autonomously under pressure and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
• A technical degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
