Pay: $26-$36/hour

Responsibilities

Operating machining equipment, monitoring for production issues, and verifying part accuracy against schematics using calibrated measurement tools.
Executing setup procedures, interpreting CNC programs, conducting in-process quality checks, utilizing inspection instruments, and comprehending basic engineering drawings.
Interpreting customer blueprints and tolerancing specifications.
Maintaining a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001.
Collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Required skills and qualifications:

Certified in CNC machining or possessing 5+ years of equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 2 years operating CNC machining centers in a job shop setting.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proactive individual capable of working autonomously under pressure and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
A technical degree is preferred but not mandatory.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
