Randstad Staffing is hiring now for a Direct Hire CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist with experience operating and setting up Milltronics, Mazak and/or Enshu cnc machinery. Location: Vadnais Heights, MN Position: CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist Shift: 1st Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pay: $35-40 per hour Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time Employment

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Machining: Manage jobs from start to finish, including initial setup, programming, operation, and part inspection.
Setup & Programming: Perform complex setups and programming using both Conversational and G&M code.
Multi-Machine Operation: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting the following equipment:
- Milltronics Vertical Mills and Lathes
- Enshu Horizontal Mills
- Mazak Machining Centers
Blueprint Proficiency: Interpret technical prints and GD&T symbols to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
Material Versatility: Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling for a wide range of materials, including Nylon, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, Cast Iron, and Stainless Steel.
Collaboration: Consult with Engineering and Production teams to optimize machining processes or resolve technical challenges.
Heavy Loading & Rigging: Safely utilize overhead cranes and forklifts to load large-scale parts and heavy fixtures
