Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Machining: Manage jobs from start to finish, including initial setup, programming, operation, and part inspection.
  
  
• Setup & Programming: Perform complex setups and programming using both Conversational and G&M code.
  
  
• Multi-Machine Operation: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting the following equipment:
  
  
  • Milltronics Vertical Mills and Lathes
    
    
  • Enshu Horizontal Mills
    
    
  • Mazak Machining Centers
    
    
• Blueprint Proficiency: Interpret technical prints and GD&T symbols to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
  
  
• Material Versatility: Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling for a wide range of materials, including Nylon, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, Cast Iron, and Stainless Steel.
  
  
• Collaboration: Consult with Engineering and Production teams to optimize machining processes or resolve technical challenges.
  
  
• Heavy Loading & Rigging: Safely utilize overhead cranes and forklifts to load large-scale parts and heavy fixtures
