Will act as the primary lead of project efficiency, financial health, and subcontractor excellence. responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Spearhead daily operations for single or multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring seamless execution from site mobilization to final closeout.
  
  
• Contract Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of CM contracts, subcontracts, and change orders to ensure strict adherence to project scope and budget.
  
  
• Procurement & Bidding: Lead the end-to-end RFP process, from drafting detailed Scopes of Work and prequalifying bidders to final selection and award.
  
  
• Financial Reporting: Oversee project budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and status reporting, presenting key performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  
  
• Logistics & Compliance: Oversee all required project permits and standardize material management processes, including inventory control and site logistics.
