Controller - $145,000 to $155,000 plus BONUS

Awesome opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company in a true "hands on" leadership role where you will have the opportunity to serve as a true business partner to the company's CEO and guide them through exciting and continued growth.

This position will manage a team of 2 full-time, tenured accounting professionals and will sit on a 5 person senior leadership team. This position is equal parts "hands-on" and "execution-oriented" - with responsibility for leading accounting and finance across multiple operating companies while building scalable standards and discipline as they continue to evolve.

The hired candidate will have a "runway" toward expanded leadership (VP / CFO) responsibility over time.

responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results
• Financial Reporting for all operating companies
• Partner with Operations, Sales and Plant Leadership to strengthen understanding of performance, drivers and variances
• Develop and maintain KPIs that provide actionable insight to the leadership team (this position will be part of that leadership team)

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of accounting / financial management expeirence required
• Experience in the manufacturing industry IS REQUIRED
• Strong financial systems aptitude IS REQUIRED
