Controller - $145,000 to $155,000 plus BONUS

Awesome opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company in a true "hands on" leadership role where you will have the opportunity to serve as a true business partner to the company's CEO and guide them through exciting and continued growth.

This position will manage a team of 2 full-time, tenured accounting professionals and will sit on a 5 person senior leadership team. This position is equal parts "hands-on" and "execution-oriented" - with responsibility for leading accounting and finance across multiple operating companies while building scalable standards and discipline as they continue to evolve.

The hired candidate will have a "runway" toward expanded leadership (VP / CFO) responsibility over time.

responsibilities:

Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results
Financial Reporting for all operating companies
Partner with Operations, Sales and Plant Leadership to strengthen understanding of performance, drivers and variances
Develop and maintain KPIs that provide actionable insight to the leadership team (this position will be part of that leadership team)

qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of accounting / financial management expeirence required
Experience in the manufacturing industry IS REQUIRED
Strong financial systems aptitude IS REQUIRED
