Backed by Private Equity, this organization is moving fast, and we need a CPA who can match that tempo. You'll be the architect of the accounting department, turning raw data into institutional-grade financial intelligence and driving a "best-in-class" close process.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 5+ years of climbing the ladder, with at least 4 years leading a team.
- The Toolkit: A Bachelor's in Accounting and a deep understanding of complex balance sheet reconciliations and GAAP compliance.
- Industry Knowledge: You know the industrial or energy space inside and out.
