• Direct process development and process improvement activities
  
  
• Research customer specifications, and new processes
  
  
• Troubleshoot existing shop floor processes, tools, and equipment
  
  
• Design tooling for new and improving existing processes
  
  
• Produce engineering drawings/operation sheets for new parts
