Randstad is hiring a Crane Operator for a warehouse facility located in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating cranes to lift and move heavy materials. Key responsibilities include conducting daily equipment inspections, performing minor maintenance, and coordinating closely with the ground crew via signals. You will also be expected to strictly adhere to lift plans and safety protocols, manage load stability and weight, and maintain detailed operational logs to ensure overall site safety.

salary: $57,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

Safely lifting, moving, and precisely positioning heavy materials, equipment

Performing daily pre-operational checks and reporting issues

Ensuring rigging, load balance, and stability are correct

Identifying and clearing obstructions

Stopping operations for unsafe conditions
