Responsibilities

This position is responsible for adjusting dies to ensure parts are produced to specifications.. This position will be trained to operate and maintain a computer-controlled fiber laser cutting system

Operate and set up punch press
Load and unload large sheets of metal
Offload and shake out completed metal parts
Deburr and package completed metal parts
Maintain timely production schedules
Learn to adjust equipment settings based on type of material and material thickness
Review setup instructions and part specifications to determine setup procedures
Measure completed parts for quality assurance
