Responsibilities

This position is responsible for  adjusting dies to ensure parts are produced to specifications.. This position will be trained to operate and maintain a computer-controlled fiber laser cutting system

• Operate and set up punch press
• Load and unload large sheets of metal
• Offload and shake out completed metal parts
• Deburr and package completed metal parts
• Maintain timely production schedules
• Learn to adjust equipment settings based on type of material and material thickness
• Review setup instructions and part specifications to determine setup procedures
• Measure completed parts for quality assurance
