The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Chemical or simillar but will also consider similar bachelor's degree in STEM related discipline. Seeking candidates with ability to influence and drive change with a hands-on, curious approach of determining root causes and communicating clear reasons. • Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations
  
  
• Build and sustain a world-class safety culture
  
  
• Ensure compliance to local and national EHS standards
  
  
• Set EHS performance goals for the organization
  
  
• Be able to effectively influence all levels of the organization to embrace safety first mindset
  
  
• Oversee investigations of all safety incidents
  
  
• Utilize trend insights and data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
  
  
• Lead a team of 3 direct reports and manage the EHS culture company-wide

Requirements:

• Experience in high speed manufacturing for consumer goods - i.e. food and beverage, pharma or similar
  
  
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
  
  
• B.S. in Engineering, Chemical or similar STEM discipline
  
  
• Experience with large-scale cultural transformation initiatives
  
  
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and approaches
