We are searching for an Estimator/Project Manager in the Suwanee, GA area to work for an industry-leading door hardware company. This is a direct-hire role role that provides great benefits(Fully paid medical insurance for employee, Vision, Dental, etc.) and significant bonuses. The ideal candidate will have experience with Division 8 construction projects.

responsibilities:

Create estimates for architectural door hardware (Div-08) projects.
Project Management level of attention to architectural documentation and project specifications review.
Working with the team to help manage daily departmental workload and Work in Progress screen review daily for hitting scheduling targets.
Assessing when an application engineering review and/or custom design layout detail may be required for a specific application
Making hardware corrections due to door compatibility issues
