A well respected, growing small law firm is adding another Family Law Attorney to the team.  Position is hybrid with 3 days in office/week in Silver Spring.  Requirements: (A) an active license to practice law in Maryland; and (B) 2+ year of litigation experience, including family law experience. Position includes a base salary of $130,000-170,000 DOE, quarterly and annual bonus up to $29,000 and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
