This position will report to an excellent hiring manager that is truly a down-to-earth accounting/finance professional. As the Finance Manager, you will supervise a small team and be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis. Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, annual reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
Analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide insights for senior management
Lead budget forecasting, financial outlooks, and cash flow projections
Lead and manage the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with reporting requirements.
Provide technical accounting expertise, ensuring all financial statements and disclosures comply with IFRS standards.
Drive improvements in financial performance, reporting accuracy, and analytical rigor to support long-term organizational growth
