Our client in Bristol, CT is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. This individual must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a Generalist type postion. Experience with recruiting, onboarding, offer letters and benefits enrollment is required. Candidates with Paylocity experience are encouraged to apply. This is a direct hire, on site position paying $65-80k, experience and education pending.

Responsibilities

Administer compensation and benefit plans
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Organize annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
