Responsibilities
- Recruiting: Manage the full hiring funnel from initial outreach to signed offer
- Onboarding: Own the new hire journey, managing orientation and all necessary compliance paperwork
- Coordination: Act as the primary scheduler for HR meetings, training, and candidate interviews
- Admin Support: Maintain organized employee files and handle daily HRIS data entry
- Process Growth: Continuously refine HR workflows to improve the candidate and employee experience
