A manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC is looking for an Industrial Service Technician looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Friday. Industrial Service Technician or Industrial Maintenance experience is required!

salary: $49,920 - $62,400 per year

Responsibilities

• Work order processing
• Machine inspection
• Telephone and field service support
• Warranty issue solving
• Report product quality and service feedback
• CPC (Cosen Predictive Computing) product installation and support
• Sales support ( tradeshows, demonstrations, application and testing)
• Work may include traveling 1 to 2 times per month for install or service call
• Machine installations and training of operators
• Use manuals to support parts sales and inventory
