The ideal candidate is a proactive "self-starter" who takes pride in seeing a complex repair through from the first diagnostic to the final test.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Perform mechanical and light electrical troubleshooting on industrial production equipment.
  
  
• System Maintenance: Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and multimeters to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  
  
• Project Management: Manage repair projects from start to finish, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work effectively both as an independent problem-solver and as a supportive member of the maintenance team.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  
  
• Electrical Knowledge: Basic understanding of light electrical systems and the ability to use a multimeter.
  
  
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
  
  
• Professionalism: Must be punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work without constant supervision.
