Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, heavy equipment,and related systems in 2 general buildings
• Equipment?s that we work with are the following: Hydraulic presses, welding machines,automated saws, air systems, lathes, CNC & manual, pneumatic equipment, water jet machine
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Replace defective parts, such as gears, bearings, and other components.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they result in equipmentfailure.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical problems and developappropriate repair strategies.
• Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration for optimalperformance.
• Adjust and fine-tune equipment settings based on operational requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used antime spent.
• Prepare reports on equipment status and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
