• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification or Associates degree in a related field is a plus).
  
  
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  
  
• Technical Skills:
  
  
  • Proven expertise in the troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic components and systems.
    
    
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret basic PLC's is highly desirable.
    
    

salary: $56,000 - $59,500 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical and industriual maintenance on industrial machines.
  
  
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of production equipment, including conveyor systems, CNC machines, and packaging lines.
  
  
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems, including compressors, valves, actuators, and air lines.
  
  
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, motors, cylinders, accumulators, and control valves.
  
  
• Execute electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including working with single-phase and three-phase circuits, motor controls (VFDs, starters), PLCs, sensors, and safety interlocks.
