We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Technical Sales Rep to serve as a primary liaison between our customers and our internal engineering and production teams. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle-from qualifying leads and generating quotes to conducting contract reviews and monitoring customer forecasts. This position will be onsite in Elizabeth City, NC.

responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to address each customer's unique inquiry
- Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated
- Follow-up with clients to ensure consistent and ongoing coverage of accounts including new sales opportunities
- Understand and participate as required in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, and RFP responses
- Generate customer quotes and participate in development of pricing strategies
- Conduct sales order contract reviews and enter orders
- Monitor key customer forecasts and modify orders in response to changes
- Assist with website changes and other marketing efforts

Education:
- Post high school education in Business or sales related field preferred
Travel:
- Business travel will be limited but may require up to 5% maximum yearly travel
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Business to Business sales experience
- Proven ability working in a sales environment and an understanding of technology
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives is required
