A growing, well respected law firm seeks a General Liability Insurance Defense Attorney.  Work is hybrid with 3 days in office/week.  Billable hour requirement is 1950. Position requires: (i) an active license in NY and (ii) 3+ years of general liability experience (personal injury and premesis liability). Experience in trucking-related litigation, construction/labor law, and/or transportation matters is highly preferred. Position includes annual salary, quarterly and annual bonuses, and excellent benefits, including unlimited PTO.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports
