A growing law firm with decades of insurance defense experience is hiring for an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney.  This role is hybrid with 2 days in office/week in DC and 3 days remote. Position requires (A) a license in DC, Virginia or Marlyand (B) 2+ years of litigation experience with property and casualty insurance. Compensation package includes a base salary of $120,000-150,000 + quarterly and annual bonus + comprenshive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Appearing in court and arguing motions
• Preparing for and attending multi-party, complex civil trials
