Responsibilities

1. Setting Up

• Prepare the machine for each job by installing tools (dies, scorers, and slotters).
  
  
• Adjust settings so prints and cuts line up perfectly with customer orders.
  
  

2. Running the Machine

• Keep the machine running smoothly and quickly.
  
  
• Check finished products constantly to ensure they are the right size and look great.
  
  

3. Fixing Problems

• Spot mechanical or electrical issues before they cause big delays.
  
  
• Perform quick repairs and minor maintenance to keep the line moving.
  
  

4. Basic Upkeep

• Clean and oil the machine regularly.
  
  
• Replace small parts as needed to prevent breakdowns.
  
  

5. Safety First

• Follow all safety rules and keep your workspace clean and tidy.
