salary: $41,600 - $62,400 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Application & Repair: Install high-performance epoxy, urethane, and polyurea coatings. Perform composite repairs in diverse industrial settings.
Surface Preparation: Safely set up and operate abrasive blast (sandblasting) equipment and pneumatic power tools (grinders, drills, etc.).
Equipment Operation: Operate conventional, airless, and plural component spray equipment.
Technical Execution: Read and interpret Product Data Sheets (PDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to properly mix and thin industrial coatings for specific mil thickness.

The essential functions of this role include:working in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 75lbsstanding for 10 hours at one timeworking up to 10 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekends
