Leading Biotech Production Plant is in need of 2 Maintenance Leads to join their team. We are seeking candidates who have an advanced electro-mechanical & HVAC background ranging from 5 - 10+ years of experience preferably within the food, beverage, pharma or chemical industry. Candidates who have familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, and automation systems are highly desirable.

responsibilities:

Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Prioritize and assign daily maintenance tasks and projects.
Collaborate with engineering, contractors, production, and quality teams to support operational goals.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC compressors and liquid processing equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, heat exchangers).
Ensure compliance with GMP standards and LOTOTO procedures during all maintenance activities.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, track equipment history, and schedule preventive maintenance.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, calibrations, and inspections.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure team adherence to LOTOTO, PPE, and other regulatory requirements.
Support audits and inspections by providing documentation and demonstrating compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Participate in capital projects and equipment upgrades as needed.
