Leading Biotech Production Plant is in need of 2 Maintenance Leads to join their team. We are seeking candidates who have an advanced electro-mechanical & HVAC background ranging from 5 - 10+ years of experience preferably within the food, beverage, pharma or chemical industry. Candidates who have familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, and automation systems are highly desirable.

responsibilities:

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  
  
• Prioritize and assign daily maintenance tasks and projects.
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering, contractors, production, and quality teams to support operational goals.
  
  
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC compressors and liquid processing equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, heat exchangers).
  
  
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and LOTOTO procedures during all maintenance activities.
  
  
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
  
  
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, track equipment history, and schedule preventive maintenance.
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, calibrations, and inspections.
  
  
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure team adherence to LOTOTO, PPE, and other regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Support audits and inspections by providing documentation and demonstrating compliance with GMP and safety standards.
  
  
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  
  
• Participate in capital projects and equipment upgrades as needed.
