Responsibilities

What You?ll Do

• Lead the Crew: Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance staff to ensure peak performance.
  
  
• Optimize the System: Manage and monitor our Preventive Maintenance (PM) Programs to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Master the Shop: Oversee repair activity, manage parts inventory, and handle repair order documentation.
  
  
• Safety First: Maintain a shop that complies with strict safety guidelines?ensuring every team member goes home safe.
  
  
• Project Management: Direct facility upgrades and repairs while meeting tight deadlines
