This includes supervising the maintenance team, ensuring the timely repair and preventive maintenance of equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and coordination with other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of experience with mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing/heavy industrial environment. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is required.
