Manufacturing company is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor on 3rd shift to oversee maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime. This role involves leading a team of technicians, troubleshooting machinery, and enforcing safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities during 3rd shift to support continuous production.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations, including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  
  
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
  
  
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address maintenance issues efficiently.
  
  
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for necessary supplies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment.
  
  
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Understanding of OSHA regulations, LOTO, and industrial safety procedures.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  
  
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred.
