Manufacturing company is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor on 3rd shift to oversee maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime. This role involves leading a team of technicians, troubleshooting machinery, and enforcing safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities during 3rd shift to support continuous production.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations, including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address maintenance issues efficiently.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for necessary supplies.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Understanding of OSHA regulations, LOTO, and industrial safety procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred.
