Responsibilities

• Manage plant maintenance employees and daily operations.
  
  
• Ensure the safety of all employees and maintain compliance with safety standards.
  
  
• Develop and coach a team of maintenance technicians.
  
  
• Meet volume goals, reduce claims/costs, and maximize yields.
  
  
• Identify and resolve recurring equipment issues and technical bottlenecks.
  
  
• Oversee the preventative maintenance (PM) program.
  
  
• Prepare and manage all operational paperwork and reports.
