We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team in North Houston (77032) to diagnose, repair, and maintain high-speed production equipment. In this role, you will lead preventive and predictive maintenance using our CMMS, support complex automation systems?including PLCs, robotics, pneumatics, and hydraulics?and fabricate custom parts or fixtures to improve facility efficiency. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offering a competitive pay rate of up to $25 per hour depending on experience. The ideal candidate brings  mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, proficiency with schematics and motor controls, and a dedicated commitment to safety and quality. English/Spanish fluency is strongly preferred to ensure effective communication across our diverse team.
