• $30-35/hour based on experience
• Plastics Injection Molding - helpful
• Electrical/Electronic Experience - Required.

salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year

Responsibilities

• Ability to lead others - this position is designed for growth with the company
• Experience with planning, scheduling, vendor management, supply ordering
• Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical (this includes high voltage, plc, vfd, hmi)
• Experience with a CMMS - documentation of work orders, inventory, etc.
• Safety Checks of the following - cranes, lifting systems, gates, E-Systems, cooling unit, ventilation systems
• Experience with installs, rebuilds and tear downs of manufacturing equipment
• Ensure that maintenance is supporting production, reducing down time
• Training and coaching 
• On-call rotation flexibility (rotated out and optional)  service to ensure smooth production
• Experience with and knowlege of preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, reactive maintenance
• Compliance with measures aimed at ensuring occupational safety, hygiene and accident prevention
• Experience with injection molding and plastics is preferred
