What You?ll Do As a Maintenance Tech, you?ll take on a wide range of essential responsibilities, including:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting & repairs
  
  
• Work with PLCs and diagnose issues quickly
  
  
• Complete scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance
  
  
• Execute preventive maintenance and maintain accurate documentation
  
  
• Read & interpret manuals, diagrams, and work orders
  
  
• Identify faulty operations and report issues to leadership
  
  
• Order parts and schedule work using Microsoft Office
  
  
• Follow all GMPs and safety policies
  
  
• Jump in on additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
  
  

Sign-On Bonus Incentive Choose your path: _ $1,000 or $3,000 sign-on bonus for Maintenance Tech I or II roles!

• 50% paid at start

_ Minimum Qualifications

• 2-year trades degree (completed or in progress) OR 4+ years plant maintenance experience
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  
• Strong communication skills; bilingual a plus
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving ability & attention to detail
  
  
• Able to multitask and maintain accurate records
  
  
• Experience with welding, fabrication, 3-phase electrical, AC/DC drives & PLC troubleshooting
  
  
• Must be 18 years or older
  
  

Work Environment

• Active manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
  
  
• Collaborative, team-focused atmosphere
  
  
• Able to lift/move up to 60 lbs
  
  
• Weekend or night work may be required as needed
