You?ll kickstart our daily operations by ensuring our production lines run with precision during our peak morning hours, setting the standard for excellence and ensuring our mission never misses a beat.
salary: $58,240 - $66,560 per year

The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeworking up to 2 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekends

Responsibilities
- Maintain high equipment uptime and optimal performance standards during the 1st shift.
- Direct the diagnosis and repair of intricate molding machinery to resolve equipment failures efficiently.
- Leverage expertise in electrical and fluid power systems to troubleshoot and interpret technical diagrams.
- Coordinate with shift leadership to plan maintenance activities around the production schedule.
- Oversee material requirements for special projects while providing hands-on training and mentorship to the maintenance team.
