salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
  
  
• Lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing hands-on support
  
  
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues
  
  
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, inspections, and repairs using CMMS systems
  
  
• Manage parts inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
  
  
• Support capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades
  
  
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  
  
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency and reliability
