Responsibilities
- Pneumatics: Troubleshoot air logic systems using schematics to keep pneumatic equipment running smoothly.
- Hydraulics: Apply your understanding of hydraulic circuits to diagnose issues and maintain systems, ensuring smooth transmission of force and energy.
- Plumbing: Install and maintain various plumbing systems, including sweat, glued, screwed, and welded connections. Use isometric drawings, size pumps for optimal flow, and apply plumbing codes to ensure safe, reliable systems.
- Electrical: Wire step-down transformers, read and write electrical schematics, and troubleshoot PLC systems. You?ll also install and troubleshoot electric motors, AC/DC drives, and perform tests using voltage meters, ohm meters, and other electrical equipment.
- Welding & Fabrication: Execute precision welding, including Arc, MIG, and plasma welding, as well as oxy-fuel cutting, ensuring the integrity and longevity of machine parts and structural components.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Welding experience (Arc, MIG, plasma cutting) and knowledge of different welding electrodes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.
- Technical knowledge in PLC troubleshooting and electrical systems testing (voltage, current, resistance, etc.).
