salary: $68,640 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Equipment Reliability: Maintain and repair high-speed bakery equipment to support uninterrupted production cycles.
  
  
• Sanitation & Safety: Ensure all work areas and tools remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitary standards.
  
  
• Inspections: Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections and provide prompt troubleshooting for emergency equipment issues.
  
  
• Documentation: Accurately complete maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance documentation.
  
  
• Compliance: Strictly follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and allergen control procedures.
  
  
• System Knowledge: Stay current with specialized bakery processes, including fermentation systems and automated bun production lines.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to resolve equipment concerns and safety hazards efficiently.
